About Us

When it comes to Fitness and Weight Loss, Texas Fit Chicks Bootcamp delivers RESULTS. We've been training women since 2009, and our bootcamp has helped hundreds lose weight and discover their inner FIT CHICK! Our trainers are all nationally certified FEMALE personal trainers that create a supportive and non-military environment, while making the weight loss journey FUN!

We believe that there is no need to yell, scream or intimidate women into working out and pushing themselves. Our program and trainers encourage you to push to the next level in a safe and effective way. We know how to train women for results. We love our men, but don't want to workout with them!

You can start your 5 week bootcamp on any Monday that there is an open space at the location you prefer. We always give you a full body workout, and all exercises are shown at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, so everyone is working at their own pace. Your trainer will be there to encourage and keep you accountable! Our trainers will check in on you if you miss a workout...(and so will the new friends you meet during camp!) 

Good nutrition is critical to weight loss. We offer a 4 week meal plan to compliment your workout, and optimize your bootcamp results! Packed full of healthy recipes and easy snack ideas that the entire family will love. Nothing to purchase either ~ we don't try to sell you supplements or anything else, unlike other boot camp programs out there. Our meal plan has printable grocery lists to take with you to any normal grocery store!

Ready to be our next FIT CHICK? We Train REAL Housewives in McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Plano, Frisco, Richardson and Dallas Texas. Camps coming to College Station soon! With class times that are as early as 5am and as late as 8pm, there is sure to be one that fits your needs.
